ReUse Completes First Reporting Period with Positive Review

June 2025 marked a significant milestone for the ReUse project as we reached the end of our first reporting period (M1–M18). To conclude this phase, the consortium held an online review meeting with our EU Project Officer, where we received valuable feedback and guidance for the months ahead.

We are proud to report that the review went very well. The project’s achievements were recognised, and we were aencouraged to focus further on disseminating our results, particularly through scientific publications and continued technical advancements.

Over this first period, ReUse has already made strong progress:

  • 7 deliverables submitted and approved

  • 1 peer-reviewed article and 2 press releases published

  • Participation in 20 international events

  • A community of more than 800 followers across our social media channels

… and much, much more!

Looking ahead, the consortium will intensify its focus on finalising the technical work, sharing research results more broadly, and producing engaging video content that takes audiences behind the scenes of our ongoing activities. We are also proud to highlight our active cooperation with the Battery 2030+ initiative and the Batteries European Partnership Association (BEPA), which are essential networks driving forward European battery research and innovation.

With renewed energy and clear objectives, the ReUse project is well on track to continue shaping sustainable solutions for circular battery value chains in Europe.
